Gold Bag & Dragonflys does not offer returns or refunds on any product.

Back ordered products will be canceled from customer orders, customers will only be charged for items shipped. The price of canceled items will be received as a refund through the same method of payment. If you have closed the account in which the product was paid, a written statement must be emailed to gb9@.com within 15 days of product cancelation notification. GBD then will submit refund in gift certificate form in the amount of the back ordered item.

Gold Bag & Dragonflys ships products from multiple warehouses, shipping and handling is charged based on complete order amount and not the number of products purchased. Some orders may be received in split deliveries based on warehouse locations.

Sales Tax of 3.75 % is applied to product delivered within the 80601, Colorado zip code.
